Nathan founded his practice on a simple idea: that great leadership begins with authenticity and discovery.
Since 2008, he has partnered with biotechnology and life science companies to identify transformative leaders at the Director, Vice President, C-suite, and Board levels. His search experience spans clinical research, finance, investor relations, and technical operations across oncology, immunology, neurology, cardiometabolic, and rare diseases.
Before entering executive search, Nathan worked as an organizational development consultant, helping senior executives enhance leadership capability and organizational culture. He brings that same developmental mindset to every engagement — facilitating thoughtful dialogue between hiring teams and senior talent to ensure lasting alignment.
Nathan earned his PhD in Consulting Psychology from Alliant International University and his BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. When he’s not recruiting, he enjoys time with his wife and two daughters.
